If your daughter is a Super-Feeler and would benefit from learning skills to manage her big emotions, with like-minded girls, this therapeutic group might be the perfect fit. We know that it works better to offer smaller groups in some cases, so every girl has the opportunity to share her inner world in a safe place. With no more than 8 girls, we really dive deep into learning about what happens when our Amygdala Flares and what we can do to help bring our head, heart and body back in line. *This therapeutic group is facilitated by a Registered Psychologist and may be eligible for reimbursement through medical coverage.
